As Director of Operations, Erica shapes and leads the firm’s operational strategy, uniting client service, technology, compliance, and administrative functions to ensure seamless performance at the highest standards. By aligning day-to-day operations with the firm’s long-term vision, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening capabilities, fostering growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Erica’s career spans more than a decade across wealth management, private equity, and operations. Before joining Delos Capital Advisors, she managed the operations of a multi-family office based in Dallas and Houston, serving 12 prominent families. She also co-founded a hedge fund, Bronco Capital Management, which was acquired by Exos Financial. She began her career at Credit Suisse in New York, serving in both Corporate Banking & Private Equity Valuation and U.S. Specialty Finance Equity Research, where she led coverage of the Business Development Company sector.

​She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a minor in Accountancy, from the University of San Diego. Her hobbies include tennis and volunteering at her children's schools, along with a few local homeless and animal shelters. She lives in Dallas with her husband Graham, their four children, and a labradoodle, Mr. Minion.
