Carolyn manages a staff of ten in providing strategic legal business advice to the company’s officers and managers. Her organization also includes the company’s human resources group. Prior to Kynect, Carolyn supervised litigation and labor & employment matters at PLH Group, Inc., a double-breasted construction company. There, she managed investigations, litigation, and the rollout of new compliance policies and programs. She has also worked at a national labor & employment defense boutique firm. Outside of the office, Carolyn serves on the National Employment Law Council’s Board of Directors and ACC-DFW’s Board of Directors.
